I'm not satisfied with the scan results. The diagnostic indicated three issues with my engine, but my car was running perfectly fine before I brought it in. I've taken my vehicle to another mechanic who found no issues with the engine. I believe the scan results are incorrect and would like a refund for the diagnostic service.

The scan is taking too long to complete. I was told it would only take 30 minutes, but it's been over 2 hours now. This is unacceptable as I need my car for work. Please expedite the process or provide me with a loaner vehicle.

Based on your scan results, I would not recommend driving the vehicle for a week without addressing the transmission fluid issue. Low or contaminated fluid can cause serious damage to your transmission. I suggest bringing it in within the next 1-2 days. Would you like to schedule an appointment?
